We are looking for a
to join Compass Group Finland and become an important part of our Sales and Retention support team in Growth and Retention function.
As a Senior Manager you are responsible for the development and effectiveness of our sales tools and the accuracy of our sales data. Through your work we ensure sales, bid management and retention success and drive towards growth.
You act as the center of excellence & development for all sales tools (Dynamics, Microsoft tools, etc.) and you act as the country CRM Super User, including the end user support and training. In addition to Sales Tool development, you are also responsible for developing and maintaining market intelligence and client acquisition tools and processes.
You monitor and develop analytical practices related to Sales and Retention performance and pipeline management. You develop and maintain proactive market potential data and competitor evaluation data and you have the insight for new business opportunities and market changes. You are expected to sustainably coach and seek improvements to our sales and account management teams´ processes, ways of working and tools according our strategic plan and our sales plan.
You are our single-point-of-contact to Compass Group Nordic and Europe sales development initiatives. Your work is located in Helsinki and you will report to the Head of Sales and Retention support.

We are looking for a person who has a passion for food, services, sales, IT and data analytics and who has a strong understanding of Sales & Account management principles.
You have strong project management skills, you are able to run end-to-end projects independently. Your IT skills span over the whole Microsoft stack (Dynamics CRM, Excel, Power BI, Team, Sharepoint). You understand data architectures, interdependencies between different systems and can apply this knowledge in your daily work.
You are process-oriented, analytical and independent developer and problem solver. Excellent presentation skills and capability to present fluently for large audiences in Finnish and English is essential in this international role. You interact effectively at all levels and across all functions, both within Compass and externally and you are a great team worker for all of us.
Position qualification: Degree in e.g. Economics, Business Administration, IT, Food&Nutrition or Hotel & Restaurant Management. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales development, innovation management, marketing and/or consulting role. Experience on Sales intelligence management and Sales tools is mandatory.
